Payment and Delivery Terms

Payment Options:

• Payment by bank cards is processed through FreedomPay.
• We accept VISA and MasterCard cards for payment.
• Internet payment service is carried out in accordance with the rules of international payment systems Visa and MasterCard, based on the principles of confidentiality and security of payment. For this purpose, the most modern methods of verification, encryption, and data transmission via secure communication channels are used. Bank card details are entered on the secure FreedomPay payment page.

On the bank card details entry page, you will need to enter:

• Card number
• Cardholder name
• Card expiration date
• Three-digit security code (CVV2 for VISA or CVC2 for MasterCard).

All necessary details are printed on the card itself.

The three-digit security code is three digits located on the back of the card.

Next, you will be redirected to your bank's page to enter the 3DSecure code, which will be sent to you via SMS. If you do not receive the 3DSecure code, you should contact the bank that issued your card.

Reasons for Payment Refusal:

• The bank card is not intended for making payments via the Internet, which you can find out by contacting your Bank.
• Insufficient funds to pay on the bank card. You can find out more about the availability of funds on your bank card by contacting the bank that issued your bank card.
• Bank card details are entered incorrectly.
• The expiration date of the bank card has expired. The expiration date of the card is usually indicated on the front side of the card (this is the month and year until which the card is valid). You can find out more about the expiration date of your card by contacting the bank that issued your bank card.

The personal information you provide (name, address, phone number, e-mail, bank card number) is confidential and will not be disclosed. Your credit card details are transmitted only in encrypted form and are not stored on our Web server.

Goods Return Policy

When paying by cards, cash refunds are not allowed. The return procedure is governed by the rules of international payment systems.

The procedure for returning goods is regulated by Article 14 of the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

• The consumer has the right to refuse the goods at any time before their transfer, and after the transfer of goods - within 14 days.
• Return of goods of good quality is possible if its marketable condition, consumer properties, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified goods are preserved.

• The consumer is not entitled to refuse goods of good quality that have individually defined properties if the specified goods can be used exclusively by the person acquiring them.
• If the consumer refuses the goods, the seller must return to him the amount of money paid by the consumer under the contract, with the exception of the seller's expenses for delivery of the returned goods from the consumer, no later than ten days from the date the consumer presents the corresponding claim.

To return funds to a bank card, you must fill out an "Application for a refund", which is sent upon request by the company to an email address and send it along with a copy of your passport to sd.gorup.uniforms@gmail.com

The refund will be made to the bank card within 21 (twenty-one) business days from the date of receipt of the "Application for a refund" by the Company.

To return funds for erroneously executed transactions, you must submit a written application with a copy of your passport and checks/receipts confirming the erroneous debiting attached. This application must be sent to sd.gorup.uniforms@gmail.com

The refund amount will be equal to the purchase amount. The period for consideration of the Application and refund begins to be calculated from the moment the Company receives the Application and is calculated in business days, excluding holidays/weekends.
